Understand the difference between a plan and an event

PPV commonly describes access sold for a particular event, while Premium is also used as a subscription-tier name. Those labels do not mean the same thing. Do not assume that choosing a Premium plan purchases every separately promoted event or removes any event-specific conditions.

Ask whether the named event is included in the proposed service and whether any additional arrangement or cost applies. If the answer is unclear, resolve it before proceeding. Availability may vary, and this page does not confirm a particular event, broadcaster, venue or rights package. Only use access you are authorised to receive.

Make an event enquiry specific enough to answer

Once inclusion is clear, compare subscription duration and simultaneous connections. Do not select a longer term solely because an unconfirmed event sounds attractive. Separate the value of everyday viewing from the specific event question so that your purchase decision remains sensible even when schedules or available content change.

Prepare a practical viewing check before the event

• Confirm the named event and any event-specific conditions with support.
• Open the correct account on the intended device and test ordinary playback.
• Check audio, remote navigation and your local network before the expected start.
